Creating your account

To create an account you will need to provide a few required pieces of information.

  1. Your email address
  2. A username to use to login with
  3. A password, along with a confirmation of that password
  4. An acceptance of our terms of service

You may also be required to complete a captcha.

Once these items are provided, your account will be created but will be awaiting verification before it is fully operational

Account Verification

Account verification is done through email. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your account. This email will be sent to the address you provided during the account creation. While this email typically arrives immediately, it can sometimes be delayed. If you do not verify your account within a time period, it's possible the link provided to you will no longer be active. If this is the case, you can login to your account and click the link to resend the verification email.

Company Creation

Once you account is created and verified, you will be prompted to create a company/organization. This organization will be used to contain the benefits and access to your analytics data and will be the link between your account and the website you want to track data for. All that is needed is a name for the organization.

Your Profile

Once you have onboarded, you will have access to your account profile. You can use this to update your account information, such as your name, email address, your locale, or your login details.
